RinTin Animal Shelter Scheduling is a self-service scheduling system built for animal shelter administrators and volunteers. Volunteers are able to create accounts, view volunteer schedules, and even sign up for volunteer shifts. System administrators are able to visually monitor volunteer sign-ups, approve new accounts, and manually override any aspect of the scheduling system. RinTin also provides a forum for the shelter administrator and volunteers to easily keep lines of communication open with one another. Private emails are also able to be sent directly within the system.
RinTin Animal Shelter Scheduling allows the volunteers the freedom to log-in and sign-up for volunteer shifts without having to physically visit the shelter, or make a phone call to sign-up. The system also eliminates the need for the shelter administrator to track down each volunteer in order to verify when and how often each volunteer wants to volunteer.
